Colors on Base

I've been practicing with raising and lowering colors (US and Japanese Flag) at the hospital. It is actually quite simple. The colors go up around 0800 and it goes down around 1730 - 1800. I decided to practice with the Japanese flag because everyone tells me that it is harder to raise. Besides, would anyone notice if the freak'in Japanese flag was raised upside down??? The answer is YES! Who knew that a big red dot on a white background has to be raised the right way. The thick threaded part goes on the bottom. Well, I didn't screw it up. I've been pretty lucky with that.
